企业集团是以资本为主要联结纽带的母公司、子公司为主体，以集团章程为行为规范的母公司、子公司、参股公司及其他成员企业或机构共同组成的具有一定规模的企业法人联合体。

注册集团公司应具备条件

The registered group company should have the conditions

1、企业集团的母公司（核心企业）注册资本在5000万元人民币以上，并至少拥有五家子公司注册资本在1000万元人民币以上；

办理集团公司受理审核时限

Deal with the time limit for the group company to accept and approve

1、申请办理集团设立、变更、注销登记和备案，凡文件、证件齐全，工商行政管理机关在受理后5个工作日完成核准或核驳手续；

2、登记管辖：企业集团登记统一由市工商局负责；

设立企业集团，一般要经以下步骤：

第一步：咨询后领取并填写《名称(变更)预先核准申请书》，同时准备相关材料;

第二步：递交名称登记材料，领取《名称登记受理通知书》等待名称核准结果;

第三步：领取《企业名称预先核准通知书》及相关材料，同时领取《集团设立登记申请书》等有关表格：

第四步：递交申请材料，材料齐全后领取《受理通知书》;

企业集团名称的构成和有关要求

一）企业集团名称的构成

1) the composition of the name of an enterprise group

企业集团名称由“行政区划+字号+行业+集团”四部分依次组成。

The name of enterprise group is composed of four parts: "administrative division + name + industry + group".

二）企业集团及其成员名称的有关要求

1、名称不冠以行政区划的，应按规定程序经国家工商总局核准；

申请名称登记应提交的文件、证件

依照《企业集团登记管理暂行规定》的有关要求，企业集团的名称应当由企业集团的母公司达到集团登记条件后，在申请设立或变更登记时一并提出，应提交以下资料：

1、《名称(变更)预先核准申请书》;

2、企业集团成员的法人资格证明;

2. The certificate of the legal person's qualification of the members of an enterprise group;

3、母公司(核心企业)对集团成员企业的持股证明或出资证明;
