注册资本的大小，在一定程度上影响着商业对手的合作意愿和信任度。大家都更愿意和注册资本比较大的公司合作，为什么？原因很简单。2014年新修改的公司法有这样的规定"有限责任公司的股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任，股份有限公司的股东以其认购的股份为限对公司承担责任。"具体什么意思呢？就是有限公司的股东需要按照其认缴的出资额、股份公司的股东需要按照其认购的股份承担有限责任，即注册资本的大小依然决定了这家公司的资金实力和可以对外承担民事责任的能力。
