办理劳务派遣经营许可证需要具备什么办理条件：

1、注册资本不得少于人民币200万元；实收资本不得少于200万元人民币；

办理劳务派遣需要提供什么材料：

1、已设立的公司法人提交《劳务派遣经营许可申请书》；计划设立的公司法人还应提交有关经营范围、筹建情况等详细说明。已设立的公司法人提交企业法人营业执照；计划设立的公司法人提交《企业名称预先核准通知书》。
